Interviews, Reviews, and other Stories
- Herbie Flowers Q & A
Once again with the help of Bolan Fan John Wass we were able to set up a Q & A this time with the reknowned "Bass Player" and T.Rex Memeber during Marcs last years, questions were supplied by both the
Till Dawn & T.rex Lists. In my opinion this is one of the warmest interviews we have had with a former member, intitially I thought Herbie would see his time with T.Rex as just a footnote in his established personal career -but to my surprise he has very deep and fond memories of Marc and his time with T.Rex
- Dino Dines Q & A
John Wass once again set up this Q & A with Dino (a bow to JohnW) Dino gave us some nice input into his feelings on Marc and his music. Not many Bolan Fans are aware but Dino has been playing with Marc since late 1973 -1977 and brought a much fuller sound to the live shows
- Tony Newman Q & A
with the help of Bolan Fan John Wass we set up a Q & A with Tony from questions supplied by both the Till Dawn & T.rex Lists (hopefully we can make a part 2)So nice to have both Till Dawn & the trex list join hands in these projects as well as others (Flowers, memorials etc.)

- Steve Took "Discovery of his Un-Marked Grave"
Thanks to Susan Hibberd's story in Rumblings in 1994 we have an acurate, insighful journey into what was the Steve Took Appreciation Society. One "Lady's" determination to bring Steve's resting place and legacy some respect. Sadly this was manipulated awaye from her by some devious person but Steve Took Fans should alwayes remember Susan's work! She was writing a book about Steve but the distress created by the underhanded treatment she received so this person could steal her club she has stopped work on it-Maybe one daye more positive vibes will shine on her and she can finish what she started. To quote Tony Visconti "This is history now keep the facts REAL"
- "Electric Warrior" Rhino Re-Master
This is the ONE (after 2-3 other EW releases caliming remastered, sessions etc -all worth while)but they aren't this. The strings jump right out of the speakers, the fugel horn of "Girl" is heard like never before & on & On -a Must have and endorsed-
- Bolan, Obscure, so Influential
A Recent article from the "Philadelphia Inquirer" -July 02'- a Timely piece proclaiming we are indeed in a "T.Rex moment". They touch on the TV commecrcials & Film soundtracks. I would love to see an article just focusing on this new found place that Marc's music had lead "Marc re-discovered through TV & Film" ?.

Not quite sure what to make of this story ..appears the writer wasn't a fan of Marc's and instead of focusing on his music used a new angle (IMHO)

The Issue is September 2002, I will put the story up in a month or so after they move onto their neXt issue, like all the magazines that continually (Record Collector, Goldmine) keep supporting Marc with reviews, bio's , etc. we can only show them -by buying the issues -that it is worth their time to keep Marc alive in their pages.
